We currently despatch all orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (bank holidays permitting). If orders are paid for before 1 pm on these days we aim to post them out the same day.

We send UK orders via Royal Mail 24 as standard.  Should you require your item urgently please get in touch first. If possible we will arrange to send items on the same day via Special Delivery for next working day guaranteed delivery.

Terms of Sale/Returns

Payment must be made within 2 working days unless otherwise agreed prior to sale.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations and the new Consumer Contracts Regulations you may return your order by notifying us no later than 14 working days after you receive the goods that you are cancelling the contract.  If you are returning goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, then it is your responsibility to return the goods to us in a saleable unused condition. Once the item has been returned and inspected, you will receive a refund after all.  However, the buyer have to pay return postage and this is not refundable. Returns should be posted back to:
